Resumen de El materialismo dialéctico e histórico como fundamento de las investigaciones pedagógicas en Cuba

Este artículo presenta un análisis sobre la necesidad de comprender la significación e implicaciones metodológicas tanto en la teoría como en la práctica del método materialista dialéctico e histórico para el proceso de investigación científica en el ámbito educacional. Además, expone el carácter reduccionista de los paradigmas cuantitativo o positivista y cualitativo o interpretativo y las posiciones del Marxismo Leninismo respecto al dato y su carácter plurimetodológico.

This article presents an analysis about the need of understanding the meaning and methodological implications in theory as well as in practice of the dialectical and historical materialistic method for the process of scientific research in the educational field. It also presents the reducing character of the quantitative, positive, qualitative or interpretative paradigms and the positions of Marxism Leninism regarding data and their multi methodological character.
