Resumen de Antifeudalismo y carnavalización de la danza de la muerte

  Este artículo plantea una nueva concepción del fenómeno de las danzas de la muerte. Mediante el empleo de nociones bajtinianas como el carnaval, el cuerpo grotesco o la inversión, se propone que la danza de la muerte debería dejar de ser considerada típicamente medieval, para verla como un fenómeno regenerador del feudalismo, un movimiento que al mismo tiempo afirma y niega el cuerpo feudal del que nace.

  This article argues a new conception of the dance of death. By turning to Bakhtinian notions such as the carnival, the grotesque body or the inversion, this study suggests that the dance of death should be no longer considered a medieval phenomenon, but a movement that tries to regenerate the declining feudalism, affirming and at the same time denying the feudal body from which it is generated.
