El objetivo del presente trabajo es realizar un estudio de la ermita de Nuestra Señora de la Vega, de Torre de Juan Abad, desde las últimas décadas del siglo XV hasta finales del XVIII, analizando su estructura, las reformas realizadas, su funcionamiento, la gestión de sus bienes y fondos, la fuerte devoción y el carácter milagroso que le atribuían los vecinos de la comarca y la evolución sufrida a lo largo de dichos años.

The main point of the present work is to carry out a hermitage of Nuestra Señora de la Vega’s study, in Torre de Juan Abad, from the last decades of the XV century to the end of the XVIII century, analyzing its structure, the reforms carried out, its functioning, the management of its possessions and moneys, the strong devotion and the miraculous character attributed to it by the neighbours of the region and the evolution undergone over those years.
