En este trabajo el autor sostiene que la salida del Reino Unido de la Unión Europea puede tener efectos muy positivos para la construcción europea, al desaparecer de la escena el estado que la ha dificultado sistemáticamente. No obstante, se ponen de manifiesto otras causas de la crisis por la que atraviesa la Unión, que deben afrontarse de modo decidido para evitar el final del sueño europeo.

In this paper the author argues that the departure of the United Kingdom from the European Union can have very positive effects for the European construction, as the state that has systematically hindered it disappears from the scene. However, other causes of the crisis facing the Union are highlighted, which must be tackled decisively to avoid the end of the European dream.
