    Este artículo rescata elementos de la tesis doctoral en curso que trata de la lucha social para el estatuto del estatuto de parte interesada sociedad civil de la Responsabilidad Social de las Empresas (RSE) en México. Esta lucha involucra dos tipos de asociaciones civiles: de índole empresarial y ciudadana. Por tanto, se describe el marco legal, económico-social y político de México, para enfocarse luego sobre la actuación en red de estas asociaciones. Por fin, se comparan dos teorizaciones de la agencia -teoría de la estructuración vs teoría del actorred- para valorar su adecuación respectiva al entendimiento del proceso estudiado.

    This paper is based on a current PhD these regarding social struggle for the civil society Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) stakeholder status in Mexico. This struggle involves two kinds of civil organizations:

    entrepreneurship and citizenship ones. For this reason, the paper describes in a first moment the legal, socioeconomical and political framework in Mexico, to focus then the network mobilization of these organizations. Finally, it confronts two visions of the “agency” concept –structuring theory vs actor-network theory- to appreciate its adaptation respecting the understanding of the studied process.
