The aim of this article is to describe and analyze theunusual route registered in the autobiography of a poorblack boy who became an orphan, starved and was raisedby his grandmother. Although he was discriminated inhigh school for being black, he went to college withoutany affirmative action resources –social and racialquotas –undergraduated in Law and currently studies Medicine.
Neste artigo, o objetivo é descrever e analisar uma autobiografia sobre o percurso insólito de um menino pobre que passou fome na infância, sofreu discriminação no ensino médio por ser preto, órfão de mãe, criado pela avó materna e que concluiu o curso de Direito e está iniciando o curso de Medicina.
