Resumen de Analfabetismo afetivo em adolescentes e suas consequências para as organizações

  Affectivity and love can build a relationship, where, through their development, one can learn the art of living together as brothers. The overall objective was to identify what consequences affective illiteracy causes for organizations. A total of 2,100 adolescents aged 15 to 17 participated. The results point to 23% of adolescents who can not feel or develop all the aspects necessary to be affective and as a consequence have a positive interpersonal relationship. It is considered that the postureof adolescents inserted in the context of affective illiteracy will influence the coexistence with the other, making difficult the work in team and the communication.

  Afetividade e amor podem construir uma relação, onde, através do desenvolvimento dos mesmos, poderá aprender-se a arte de viver juntos como irmãos. O objetivo geral foi identificar quais consequências o analfabetismo afetivo causa para as organizações. Participaram 2.100 adolescentes na faixa etária 15 a 17 anos. Os resultados apontam 23% dos adolescentes que não conseguem sentir nem desenvolver todos os aspectos necessários para serem afetivos e como consequência possuírem uma relação interpessoal positiva. Considera-se que a postura dos adolescentes inseridos no contexto do analfabetismo afetivo influenciará na convivência com o outro, dificultando o trabalho em equipe e a comunicação.
