El tema de la investigación relacionado con una “Alternativa educativa para el fortalecimiento del sistema de valores del técnico medio en Contabilidad del Centro Politécnico “Osvaldo Socarrás Martínez” del municipio Báguano, provincia Holguín, Cuba, surge a partir de constatar en el plano teórico y práctico algunas insuficiencias que no permiten enfrentar científica y objetivamente la labor educativa, dado en lo fundamental a algunas incongruencias entre las formas de pensar, sentir y actuar de estos técnicos.
Se incluye como problema a resolver: ¿cómo fortalecer el sistema de valores del técnico medio en Contabilidad del Centro Politécnico “Osvaldo Socarrás Martínez” de manera que se implique en la actual batalla contra la corrupción y el delito? La investigación tiene por objetivo: elaboración de una alternativa educativa utilizando la obra de Ernesto Che Guevara para el fortalecimiento del sistema de valores del técnico medio en Contabilidad en el Centro Politécnico “Osvaldo Socarrás Martínez”.
Los resultados de la investigación ofrecen una respuesta concreta y aplicable en la práctica para fortalecer el sistema de valores del técnico medio en Contabilidad en el Centro Politécnico “Osvaldo Socarrás Martínez”, lo cual contribuye a elevar en una de sus aristas la calidad de la educación de las nuevas generaciones.

The topic of the investigation related with a "educational Alternative for the invigoration of the system of the technician's values in Accounting of the Polytechnic School "Osvaldo Socarrás Martínez" of the municipality Báguano, Holguín province, Cuba, arises starting from verifying in the theoretical and practical plane some inadequacies that don't allow to face scientific and objectively the educational work, given in the fundamental thing to some incongruities among the forms of thinking, to feel and to act of these technicians.
It is included as problem to solve: how to strengthen the system of the technician's values in Accounting of the Polytechnic school "Osvaldo Socarrás Martínez" so that it is implied in the current battle against the corruption and the crime? The investigation has for objective: elaboration of an educational alternative using Ernesto's work Che Guevara for the invigoration of the system of the technician's values in Accounting in the Polytechnic school "Osvaldo Socarrás Martínez." The results of the investigation offer a concrete and applicable answer in the practice to strengthen the system of the technician's values in Accounting in the Polytechnic school"Osvaldo Socarrás Martínez", that which contributes to rise in one of their edges the quality of the education of the new generations.
