    He is also bullish regarding Africa's agricultural potential. "60% of the world's uncultivated arable land resides in Africa," Cleverly told IM.

    "The lack of efficiency is grotesque," he added. "When people say there's oversupply, they mean in regions like North America, Europe [and so on]. They don't mean oversupply in Africa."
