  • Being in our industry now for more than 10 years and knowing our company very well gives me a good foundation. My previous focus on M&A and IT equipped me with general business overview, a dynamic profile with a strong background in managing change and a tight connection to innovation, whereas my supply chain experience provided me with the recognition of the importance of reliability as well as understanding our customers' position from a purchaser's viewpoint. But in the end I can only be successful with the support of our people with all their technical expertise, many years of experience and the long-lasting customer relationships.

    Will the OYAK acquisition change Almatis' direction? OYAK is a long-term investor, interested in a healthy growth path for their industrial portfolio. This enables Almatis to focus on strategic developments, not being distracted by short-term exit considerations or being burdened by high debt levels. I see OYAK as the best enabler for the future development of our company
