Resumen de Retrato tridimensional mediante la utilización de tecnologías de fabricación digital de bajo coste en entornos educativos

  El estudio y la representación de las formas asociadas al cuerpo humano y al retrato es una parte del currículo de las asignaturas de educación plástica, visual y audiovisual en enseñanza secundaria. Actualmente los ejercicios se realizan utilizando técnicas artísticas tradicionales y en la mayoría de los casos en soportes bidimensionales. Cuando se trata de crear modelos tridimensionales, se suele utilizar barro u otros elementos moldeables y técnicas constructivas tradicionales. Esto supone la necesidad de contar con los materiales y herramientas específicas para elaborarlos. En este artículo, se presenta una actividad para la creación de retratos tridimensionales digitales y físicos, cuyo objetivo es que se pueda realizar en centros de educación secundaria. Para ello se utilizan tecnologías 3D de bajo coste que no requieran una formación específica, es decir, accesibles para profesores y alumnos. Dicha actividad ha sido llevada a cabo con dos grupos de profesores y alumnos durante el curso 2015 - 2016. Los resultados permiten comprobar que dicha actividad es viable en un entorno escolar y que se pueden conseguir retratos 3D a bajo coste.

  The study and representation of the shapes associated with the human body and the portrait is a part of the curriculum of the subjects of plastic, visual and audiovisual education in secondary education. Currently, the exercises are performed using traditional artistic techniques and in most cases in two-dimensional supports. When it comes to creating three dimensional models, often it is used clay or other molding elements and construction techniques. This implies the need to have the specific materials and tools to elaborate them. In this article, an activity is presented for the creation of digital and physical three-dimensional portraits, whose objective is that it can be carried out in secondary education centers. For this, low-cost 3D technologies will be used that do not require specific training, accessible for teachers and students. This activity has been carried out with two groups of teachers and students during the academic year 2015-2016. The results shows that this activity is feasible in a school environment and that 3D portraits can be obtained at low cost
