    La redacción del informe de investigación de un acto de corrupción, corresponde a una parte vital de la investigación de estos hechos, ya que recopila los principales resultados del estudio.

    De tal manera, que su redacción debe ser clara, sencilla y coherente, de forma que le permita a un tercero que no ha participado del estudio conocer los hechos acontecidos, las faltas cometidas y el daño patrimonial causado.

    Para ello se recomienda al auditor que debe redactar este tipo de investigaciones seguir una estructura de seis fases, que son: Párrafo de introducción, Lista de investigados, Descripción de los Hechos, Análisis de la Teoría del Caso, Análisis de la responsabilidad civil, Descripción de la prueba aportada y Párrafo de cierre.

    Finalmente, se debe señalar que esta estructura no está contemplada en ninguna norma que así lo obligue, pero que dada la naturaleza del objeto investigado y los fines que persigue dicho informe, se sugiere como la manera idónea de estructura de este informe, de tal forma que le permita a la autoridad competente identificar y conocer el acto de corrupción investigado; y así tomar la mejor decisión sobre las acciones a seguir con los resultados de dicho informe.

    The wording of the research report of an act of corruption corresponds to a vital part of the investigation of these facts, since it collects the main results of the study.Thus, it’s wording to be clear, simple and consistent, so that you allow a third party who has not participated in the study to know the events, the wrongful acts and caused property damage.

    For it is recommended that the auditor is required to produce this type of research to follow a structure of six phases, namely: Introduction Paragraph, List of investigated, Description of Facts, Analysis of the Theory of the Case, Analysis of liability, Description Bring forth the test and closing Statement.

    Finally, it should be noted that this structure is not covered by any standard that they require, but given the nature of the investigated object and purpose pursued by the report, is suggested as the ideal way to structure this report, so that will enable the competent authority to identify and meet the corruption investigation, and so make the best decision on actions to be taken with the results of that report.
