    After having set aside the most radical budget organisation models based on the idea of a strict separation of powers, the working group favoured the proposai of increasing the involvement of the judicial authority in the définition of the budget of the courts and greater autonomy for the courts in the implementation oftheir budgets

    Après avoir écarté les modèles d'organisation budgétaire les plus radicaux fondés sur l'idée d'une stricte séparation des pouvoirs, le groupe de travail a privilégié la proposition d'une meilleure association de l'autorité judiciaire à la définition du budget des cours et tribunaux et d'une plus grande autonomie de celles-ci dans son exécution.
