The booming battery sector in China continued to support domestic spot trading there, with sales of 20-40 tonnes lots reported at $18-21/kg for lithium carbonate (min. 99-99.5% Li2 CO3, CIF China) and $20.5-24/kg for lithium hydroxide (56.5-57.5% LiOH, CIF China).
