Debates regarding the risks from sudden infant death syndrome with parents sharing bed with infants and the development of several guidelines developed by pediatrics organization to prevent risks from SIDS are discussed. Here, Klein states how the evidences suggest that baby can sleep wherever it works best, as long as it is done sensibly, and if parent one to bed-share, ways to reduce SIDS are available and notes that to have an informed choice is valuable.
