El 23 de febrero de 2016, la Corte de Apelaciones de Brescia confirmó la condena de tres personas, el presidente de Green Hill, una gran empresa dedicada a la cría de perros raza Beagle utilizados para vivisección, el director y el veterinario de dicha empresa. Estas personas fueron condenadas a un año y medio de prisión y el director general fue condenado a un año de prisión por el maltrato de 2637 Beagles y el sacrificio ilegal de 44 Beagles. La Corte también confirmó la incautación de los animales y condenó a las personas señaladas a dos años de suspensión de actividades relacionadas con animales de granja.

On February 23rd, 2016 the Appellate Court of Brescia confirmed the conviction of three people, the president of Green Hill 2001 srl, a big factory of beagles used for vivisection, the director and the veterinary of the structure. They were convicted to a year and half of detention and the general director was convicted to a year of detention for the mistreatment of 2637 beagles and for the illegal killing of 44 beagles. The Court also confirmed the confiscation of all the animals and convicted them to a two-years suspension of activities relating farm animals.
