Resumen de A Symposium: "Animal and Law" in Japan

El presente reporte resume el 9º Simposio de Derecho Fundamental, que tuvo lugar en Tokyo el 4 de Julio de 2015. La Asociación de Derecho Fundamental, organiza anualmente un simposio colaborativo, en una variedad de temas, tales como: “Amenaza Nuclear y Derecho” (2012), “Familia y Derecho” (2013) y “Juventud y Derecho” (2014). Los simposios tratan acerca del derecho y los valores en temas seleccionados más allá de las leyes escritas. Este año, la Asociación se concentró en el tema “Animales y Derecho” - Es posible superar el Antropocentrismo?” Ellos escogieron éste tema porque nuestra relación con los animales no es sistemáticamente discutida en el ámbito jurídico, así que hay diversas y nuevas visiones sobre el tema. Cinco Profesores con diferentes especialidades en Derecho, hablaron acerca del Derecho Animal y sus comunicaciones están resumidas en el presente documento.

This report summarizes the 9th Symposium of Fundamental Law held in Tokyo on July 4, 2015. Association of Fundamental Law holds a collaborative symposium annually on a variety of topics, such as "Nuclear Hazard and Law” (2012), "Family and Law” (2013) and "Youth and Law” (2014). A symposium talks about law and values on selected topics beyond written laws. This year, the association focused on the topic "Animals and Law - Is it Possible to Overcome Anthropocentrism?" They chose this topic because our relationship with animals is not systematically discussed in the legal field, so there are many fresh and broad visions of the topic. Five legal scholars who have different specializations talked about animal law, and their talks are summarized in the following sections.
