Resumen de Desarrollo sostenible: Perspectiva jurídica - ambiental del buen vivir (convivir el humano y la naturaleza)

  El objetivo de este trabajo es explicar las contradicciones y conflictos asociados al uso no racional del sujeto naturaleza, asociado del ecosistema manglar en las riveras del río Esmeraldas. Se hace una breve introducción y se describe como la metodología aplicada se basa fundamentalmente en la hermenéutica y la exegesis que consistió en analizar la necesidad de vivienda y la de conservación del ecosistema manglar, como elementos necesarios y contradictorios para el desarrollo de dicho sector. Finalmente, se presentan los resultados en los que destaca la pasividad y el poco uso que hacen las autoridades competentes, de las leyes protectoras del ambiente. Se hace necesario el uso de instrumentos jurídicos para evitar se continúe la presión de uso sobre el ecosistema manglar y con ello promover su uso racional como parte del sujeto naturaleza, condición clave para el buen vivir o sumak kawsay.

  The aim of this paper is to explain the contradictions and conflicts associated not subject rational use of nature, associated mangrove ecosystem on the banks of the River Esmeraldas. Is a brief introduction and is described as the methodology is fundamentally based on hermeneutics and exegesis which was to analyze the need for housing and conservation of the mangrove ecosystem, as necessary and contradictory to the development of the sector elements. Finally, the results in highlighting passivity and little use made by the competent authorities of the laws protecting the environment are presented. the use of legal instruments necessary to prevent the use pressure on the mangrove ecosystem continue and thereby promote rational use nature as part of the subject, a key condition for the good life or sumak kawsay.
