    El presente artículo persigue como objetivo proponer mecanismos de financiamiento para proyectos medioambientales, sobre bases participativas y con enfoque estratégico teniendo en cuenta la importancia de estos proyectos en la sostenibilidad del desarrollo y para enfrentar los impactos del cambio climático y la problemática que representa cómo financiarlos. Para ello se sistematizan los principales fundamentos teóricos metodológicos sobre el proceso de financiamiento de proyectos medioambientales y se realizan entrevistas a especialistas en la materia. Se constata las limitaciones de recursos financieros para el desarrollo esta tipología de proyectos y se proponen acciones como alternativas para la gestión del financiamiento a partir del replanteo de procedimientos y el estímulo a la creación de un ambiente favorable para el diseño y puesta en marcha de proyectos de mejoramiento ambiental y de tecnologías limpias.

    The present article pursues as objective to propose financing mechanisms for environmental projects, keeping in mind the importance of these projects in the sustainability of the development and to face the impacts of the climatic change and the problem that it represents how to finance them. For they are systematized it the main theoretical foundations - methodological on the process of financing of environmental projects and they are carried out interviews to specialists in the matter. It is verified the limitations of financial resources for the development of projects and they intend actions like alternatives for the administration of the financing starting from the I restate from procedures and the stimulus to the creation of a favorable atmosphere for the design and setting in march of projects of environmental improvement and of clean technologies.
