It has more than 20 specialized services and advises countries with similar situations of insecurity, among them Vatican City State. Meanwhile, coexistence and citizen security is the main concern of the population in the face of the uncontrollable occurrence of robberies in the absence of police and low response of justice; Generating ratesof victimization of 17.3% and perception of insecurity of 61.4%.
