    La masificación de la vida urbana no sólo supone que la ciudad debe compartirse con más gente, sino también que las actividades se comprimen en el espacio. Así, junto al hecho de que la vivienda unifamiliar de paso a la vivienda colectiva, el lugar de trabajo se está mezclando cada vez más con el espacio doméstico. Ante esta suerte de escenario neo-medieval, este proyecto propone una alternativa para esa doble síntesis: entre lo individual y lo colectivo y entre la vida y el trabajo.

    The massification of urban life brings two new conditions: the city has to be shared with more people and the activities are compressed in space. In this way, not only the single-family house is turning into collective housing, but also the workplace is increasingly being mixed with the domestic space. Faced with this sort of neo-medieval scenario, this project proposes an alternative for this double synthesis between the individual and the collective and between life and work.
