  En este trabajo tenemos en consideración los últimos enfrentamientos doctrinales que se han dado en el seno de la Iglesia. Nos situamos justo después de la publicación de la Pascendi Dominici Gregis por parte del papa Pío X y llegamos hasta nuestros días, en los que al frente de la Iglesia está el papa Francisco. En este periodo, los «innovadores» van a resultar los vencedores, pues la «Nueva Teología» –que fue la que marcó la pauta del Concilio Vaticano II– está dejando de lado a la teología de cuño tomista. Quién sabe si las motivaciones que llevaron a dimitir a Benedicto XVI tenían que ver con esta confrontación, en la que el papa emérito siempre tuvo un papel protagonista: las afirmaciones de las personalidades más conspicuas de la nueva doctrina –Congar, Rahner, De Chardin y muchos otros– fueron las que, en los años posteriores al Concilio, Joseph Ratzinger, como prefecto de la Congregación de la Santa Fe y luego como papa, sutilmente trató de demoler. Y esto sin perjuicio de que, desde nuestros parámetros, destruyamos al destructor.

  In this paper we consider the latest doctrinal clashes that have taken place within the Church. We place our discussion from the period just after the publication of the Pascendi Dominici Gregis by Pope Pius X to this day, when Pope Franciscus leads the Church. In this period, the «innovators» are going to be the winners, because the "New Theology" –which was the one that set out the rule for the II Vatican Council– is leaving aside the Thomist-style theology. Who knows if the motivations that led to the resignation of Benedictus XVI had to do with this confrontation, in which the emeritus pope always had a leading role: the affirmations of the most eminent personalities of the new doctrine – Congar, Rahner, De Chardin and many others– were the ones that, in the years after the Council, Joseph Ratzinger, as the prefect of the Congregation of the Holy Faith and then as the Pope, subtly tried to demolish. And this without prejudice that, from our parameters, we destroy the destroyer.
