Escollos y posibilidades de formación ciudadana en población vulnerable

    Se exponen las dificultades y posibilidades de formación ciudadana en madres jornaleras migrantes. Se realizó una reconstrucción hermenéutica a partir de entrevistas y observación participante en un taller cuyos ejes fueron aprender a aprender, aprender de y con otros, aprender a convivir y aprender a ser. Aunque la vulnerabilidad impide anclar la ciudadanía en el ejercicio de los derechos, se encontró que la pertenencia y la participación, la posibilidad de la formación ciudadana en población vulnerable radica en propiciar la reapropiación de su dignidad y facilitar la adquisición de competencias y motivaciones para aprender a lo largo de la vida y para transformar su entorno en un ámbito de socialidad/eticidad dignificante. Al final, se postula que, para lograr lo anterior, se necesita un dispositivo dialógico y una mediación con sentido ético.

    In this work there are exposed the difficulties and possibilities of civil training in case of agricultural workers and migrant mothers. Participant carried out a hermeneutic reconstruction from interviews and observation in a workshop in which axes were:

    learn to learn, learn of and with others, learn to coexist and learn to be.

    It has been founded that, though the vulnerability prevents from anchoring the citizenship in the exercise of the rights, the belonging and the participation, the possibility of the civic education in case of vulnerable population takes root in propitiating the reapropriation of the dignity and in facilitating the acquisition of competitions and motivations to learn along the life and to transform the environment into an area of sociality/ ethical dignity. Finally there is postulated that, to achieve the previous, a dialogic device and mediation with ethical sense is needed
