Inclusión escolar en secundaria

    En el concepto “educación para todos”, se registran experiencias (Adame Chávez, 2003; sep, 2000) en la práctica educativa de procesos de integración de alumnos con necesidades educativas especiales (n.e.e.) en las aulas de escuelas regulares de nivel primaria. Tales experiencias muestran resultados favorecedores para los alumnos, pero la estructura y organización de la escuela secundaria son muy diferentes de las que existen en primaria. En aquélla, los alumnos se enfrentan a cambios en la dinámica escolar, al tipo de educación que se ofrece y además a la adolescencia.

    Por ello, no es posible aplicar los enfoques de la atención de las n.e.e. que se utilizan en primaria; al no atender de manera debida el nivel de secundaria, dejan de respetarse los principios de integración, y se dificulta —a veces se impide— avanzar hacia el concepto de escuela inclusiva

    Under the conception of `education for all’, actually educative experiences of processes of integration of students with special educative needs in the classrooms of regular elementary schools are had (Adame Chávez, 2003; sep, 2000). These experiences show beneficial results for the students.

    But the structure and organization that appears in the junior high school have conditions very different from which exists in elementary schools. In junior high, the students face changes in scholastic dynamics, the type of education that is offered and face the adolescence. Because of that, it is not possible to apply the oriented approaches of attention towards the attention of special educative needs that are used in elementary school; and when not offering the due attention to the junior high, the principles the integration are not respected, and the advance towards the concept of inclusive school, becomes difficult or it is prevented
