Resumen de Por uma geopoética urbana (arte, cidade e paisagem)

  The image of the city, born of a cosmic and symbolic consciousness, became the devouring machine-city of the landscape, denouncing our image of the World, reducing to a system of things. This is an inheritance of the subject/object dichotomous view of classical metaphysics and science that created the dualism between progress/ nature and today challenged with the collapse of the unsustainable model of modernity. However, not only has the phenomenology of Bachelard’s creative imagination promoted a poetic vision of space in the arts with new regimes of fruition and visibility, instilling a new meaning in the image of the city and of the world, as well as the notion of “Ecúméne” by Augustin Berque, today a worldview that combines the texture sensitive, the concrete, the symbolic and the technical, rebuilding the sensitive architessitura of the city in harmony with the poem of the world. This would be the East of art today by geopoetics;

  to open up the places of the city by reestablishing its experiential, symbolic and technical connections with the landscape and the cosmic matrix towards the Devir, that of the happy city.

  A imagem da cidade, nascida outrora de uma consciência cósmica e simbólica, transformou-se na cidade-máquina devoradora da paisagem, denunciando nossa imagem de Mundo reduzindo a um sistema de coisas. Esta é uma herança da visão dicotômica sujeito/objeto da metafísica clássica e da ciência que criaram o dualismo entre progresso /natureza e hoje desafiada com o colapse do modelo insustentável da modernidade. No entanto, não somente a fenomenologia da imaginação criadora de Bachelard promoveu uma visão poética do espaço nas artes com novos regimes de fruição e visibilidade insuflando um sentido novo na imagem da cidade e do mundo, como também a noção de Ecúmeno de Augustin Berque, trazem hoje uma visão de mundo que conjuga a sensível, a concretude, o simbólico e a técnica, reconstruindo a tessitura sensível da cidade em sintonia com o poema do mundo. Essa seria o Oriente da arte hoje pela geopoética; fazer desabrochar os lugares da cidade restabelecendo suas conexões vivenciais, simbólicas e técnicas com a paisagem e a matriz cósmica em direção ao Devir, o da feliz-cidade.
