Resumen de Análise de crescimento pró-pobre entre os municípios do Estado do Ceará - Brasil: uma abordagem espacial

  This article investigates the for-poor growth among the municipal districts of the State of Ceará in 2003. Initially it explores the recent literature of the theme as well as of the spatial econometric. Soon after it makes the spatial analysis of the variables through maps and in more robust way through the Exploratory Analysis of Given Spatial (AEDE) being used the LISA methodology (Local Indicators of Spatial Association) and the statistics I of Moran. Estimates the elasticity income-poverty and elasticity inequality-poverty. The tests indicated the need to incorporate variables in the estimates that learn the spatial externalities. The results suggest for-poor growth in the municipal districts from Ceará in agreement with results aggregate for the Ceará state appointed in recent literature.

  Este artigo investiga o crescimento pró-pobre entre os municípios do Estado do Ceará em 2003. Inicialmente explora a literatura recente do tema, assim como da econometria espacial. Em seguida faz a análise espacial das variáveis por meio de mapas e de forma mais robusta, através da Análise Exploratória de Dados Espacias (AEDE), utilizando a metodologia LISA (Local Indicators of Spatial Association) e a estatística I de Moran. Em seguida estimam-se as elasticidades renda-pobreza e elasticidade desigualdade-pobreza. Os testes indicaram a necessidade de incorporar nas estimações variáveis que apreendam as externalidades espaciais. Os resultados sugerem crescimento pró-pobre nos municípios cearenses em acordo com resultados agregados para o Estado do Ceará apontados na literatura recente.
