    Para fortalecer la investigación en Ciencias Sociales hace falta tener en cuenta dos elementos. El primero es el de las políticas nacionales sobre investigación. El segundo es la necesidad del fortalecimiento de la formación y la calidad del trabajo que los científicos sociales hacen, así como del conocimiento que pueden producir.

    For a stronger research in the Social Sciences it is necessary to have two elements into account. The first is the national policies on research. The second is the need for the strengthening of the training and the quality of work that the social scientists make as well as the knowledge that they can produce.
