Resumen de O AEDL como instrumento do desenvolvemento local en Galicia: Análise do seu perfil

  O axente de emprego e desenvolvemento local (AEDL) xorde na década dos 80, debido ácrise económica que daquela predominaba en España. Hoxe en día, converteuse nunha pezachave para as administracións públicas e outras institucións onde realizan o seu laborprofesional cuxas funcións principais son a dinamización económica do territorio, fomentarel crecemento económico da zona e o desenvolvemento local, e que isto se traduza nunincremento do emprego e nunha mellora das condicións de vida das áreas xeográficas ondeafecte a súa actuación.O presente estudo ten como obxectivo a análise da figura do axente de emprego edesenvolvemento local, así como das políticas de desenvolvemento local e promocióneconómica. A continuación, identificarase o AEDL en Galicia dende a súa orixe realizando unestudo na súa traxectoria profesional ata a actualidade. Analizarase o perfil do AEDL galego:xénero, idade media, nivel de estudos, custo laboral anual medio para a entidade, tipo decontrato, funcións realizadas. Finaliza o estudo coas conclusións obtidas na análise.

  The agent of employment and local development appears in the 80’s due to the economic crisis existing in Spain during those years. Nowadays, they have become a key piece for the public administrations and other institutions where they develop their role. This would consist in the economic revitalization of the territory, supporting the economic growth of the area and the local development and transforming it into the increase of employment and the improvement of the standards of life in those geographical areas affected by their work. The aim of this study is to analyze the figure of the agent of employment and local development as well as the politics of local development and economic promotion. After that, the AELD of Galicia will be identified since its origin with a study of its professional career until today. The profile of the Galician AELD will be analyzed: gender, average age, level of studies, average annual cost for the entity, type of contract and functions performed. The study will conclude with the conclusions obtained from the analysis.
