Resumen de Baotou increases rare earth production in 2017
Baotou’s municipal government has released figures that show production of different kinds of rare earth products increased in 2017, and are set to increase further.The government set an output target of 30,000 tonnes of rare earth permanent magnetic material by 2020, 50% of which would be high-end products. On December 11, Baotou finished the construction of the world’s first rare earth sulfide colorant consecutive tunnel kiln production line and successfully realized the industrialization, which the government of Inner Mongolia announced as a key development in its technology innovation efforts.
