  • The cover story is provided which discusses the Breakthrough Starshot spacecraft's mission to travel to the star Alpha Centauri, including the spacecraft's design composed of what are referred to as StarChips (which are computer chips), its photographing of extrasolar planets, and its use of light, or solar, sails energized by laser beams to travel. The role that billionaire entrepreneur Yuri Milner played in planning the Breakthrough Starshot mission is discussed.
