Resumen de O documento científico como produto e como objeto da organização do conhecimento

The work aims to discuss the document as an integral concept of the theoretical-conceptual foundations of Knowledge Organisation (KO), be this understood in its broad or narrow sense. The investigation has as its object the scientific document, being executed under the perspective of critical hermeneutics through bibliographical survey, literature review, and analysis of the areas of Science and Technology Studies and KO. The scientific document is understood as a product of broad KO, since it is the material representation of the organised knowledge of one or more scientists, and it is understood as the object of narrow KO. It is concluded that the document is the main link of connection between broad and narrow KO, and that it should be integrated to the fundamental concepts of KO.

O trabalho objetiva discutir o documento enquanto conceito integrante dos fundamentos teóricoconceituais da Organização do Conhecimento (OC), seja esta entendida de modo geral ou específico. A investigação tem como objeto o documento científico, sendo realizada sob a perspectiva da hermenêutica crítica por meio de levantamento, revisão e análise bibliográficos das áreas dos Estudos de Ciência e Tecnologia e OC. Entende-se o documento científico como um produto da OC geral, pois ele é a representação material do conhecimento organizado de um ou mais cientistas, e compreende-se que esse mesmo documento se torna objeto da OC específica. Conclui-se que o documento é o principal elo de conexão entre a OC geral e a OC específica, devendo ser integrado aos conceitos fundamentais da OC.
