Resumen de Um estudo preliminar sobre a aplicabilidade e extensao do modelo SECI com o uso de dispositivos da Internet das coisas

  Até o ano 2020 estima-se que aproximadamente 24 bilhões de dispositivos serão conectados na nuvem em um ambiente digital colaborativo de dados, informação e conhecimento. A sociedade está passando por mudanças sociais, econômicas e tecnológicas e, devido à importância desse conhecimento para todas as organizações, torna-se necessário mudar nossa maneira de pensar sobre a inovação organizacional, estratégica e competitiva para todos os envolvidos. Refletindo em torno da conceptualização de dados, informação e conhecimento, o presente trabalho utiliza métodos qualitativos de pesquisa exploratória com o objetivo de discutir a influência do uso da Internet das Coisas na sociedade atual, em uma visão da máquina como novo membro da sociedade atual e seus potenciais riscos, bem como uma perspectiva global sobre os novos serviços de informação a serem oferecidos neste novo modelo de interação entre homem e máquina, bem como um novo modelo baseando-se em serviços e sub-serviços distribuídos na nuvem. Este trabalho também sugere um estudo preliminar sobre a aplicabilidade de um modelo interativo e colaborativo onde todos os componentes do modelo passam a estar interconectados numa rede distribuída de conhecimento, executando um papel ativo e contínuo de colaboração, promovendo, deste modo, a gestão (criação, troca, oferecimento e compartilhamento) de forma segura e interoperável de serviços e informações, nesta nova era da sociedade digital.

  By the year 2020, it is estimated that approximately 24 billion devices will be connected in the cloud in a collaborative digital environment with data, information and knowledge. The society is going through social, economic and technological changes and, due to the importance of this knowledge for all organizations, it becomes necessary to change our way of thinking about organizational, strategic and competitive innovation for all the involved members of the society. Reflecting around the conceptualization of data, information and knowledge, the present work uses qualitative methods of exploratory research with the objective of discussing the influence of the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) within the current society, as a new way to view the machine as a new member of the society and its potential risks, as a new global perspective related to information services to be offered within this new model of human and machine interaction, in a new model based on distributed services and sub-services in the cloud. This work also suggests a preliminary study on the applicability of an interactive and collaborative model where all the components of the model become interconnected in a distributed network of knowledge, performing an active and continuous role of collaboration, thus promoting management (creation, exchange, offering and sharing) in a secure and interoperable way of services and information in this new era of the digital society.
