    El objetivo general consiste en diseñar un conjunto de orientaciones dirigidas a directivos y docentes de Educación Primaria. La metodología utilizada es tipo descriptiva-proyectiva, con diseño no experimental - transeccional de campo. La población estuvo conformada por 63 docentes - 6 directivos. La técnica para recabar la información fue el cuestionario, con escala dicotómica, constituido por 24ítems.En cuanto a los resultados se determinó que el bullying está presente en las aulas de educación primaria cuando se observa maltrato físico, psicológico y social entre los estudiantes, a tales resultados se presentan orientaciones de carácter teórico que sirven para fortalecer los conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes de directivos y docentes para enfrentar el bullying en sus escuelas.

    The general objetive is desing a set of orientation to principals and teachers of primary school. The methodology to use is type descriptive –proyective with desing no experimental transactional of camp. The population were conformed for 63 teachers and 6 principals. The Technique to collect information was the test with scale dichotomy Constituted for 24 items. In the results to determined that the bullying is present in the classrooms of primary education to observe physical abuse, psychological abuse and social abuse between the students, the results is present orientations of character theory that use to build the knowledge, ability, and attitudes of principals and teachers for deal the bullying in yours schools.
