Resumen de Estudio de la recirculación y la presión de retorno en prótesis húmero-axilares

  Se pretende conocer cómo afecta la posición del miembro portador del injerto de Goretex húmero-axilar sobre los valores del estudio de recirculación y las presiones venosas de retorno, al saber que se produce un aumento significativo del calibre de la vena Basilca-axilar al pasar de un estado de adducción a otro de abducción.

  Para llevar a cabo este trabajo, se necesitó la colaboración de dieciocho pacientes de nuestro centro.

  El resultado del trabajo demuestra claramente la disminución de los valores de la recirculación y las presiones venosas de retorno, en todos los pacientes al abducir el brazo.

  The object of this study was to ascertain how the position of the member carrying the humeral-axial Goretex graft affects recirculation and venous return pressure values, since it is known that there is a significant increase in the caliber of the basilico-axillary vein when changing from a state of adduction to one of abduction.

  Eighteen patients from our center collaborated in the study.

  The results of the study clearly show a reduction in recirculation and venous return pressure values in all patients with the arm in abduction.
