This article discusses the work of the mechanical engineering professor Bryan Willson to encourage the adoption of a cooking stove that incorporates a carburetor to limit the emission of greenhouse gases. The development of a similar kit that turns two stroke engines from carbureted operation to direct fuel injection, reducing emissions and improving fuel efficiency is also noted.
