  • This article discusses the work of Shai Agassi, the chief executive of the electric automobile infrastructure company Better Place Inc., has done to promote the replacement of fossil fuels as a means of powering transportation. The development of computer networks that would enable electric car drivers to access recharging stations and coordinate travel over short distances is described.
