The aim of this study was to analyze the differentiated perceived exertion (dRPE) in different small sided games (JR) formats of 4 vs. 4 varying both the size of the soccer field and the duration of rests between repetitions. A loss of performance in sprint of 5 and 15 m and in the capacity of change of direction (CODA) with and without ball was also analyzed. 46 soccer players who competed in División Honor, Tercera Regional and Segunda Regional participated in this study. A loss of performance in the sprint 5 m (p <0.05, Dif. = 3.88%, TE = 0.82, high) and, although not significant, in the 505 without ball test were observed, after the JR1 (p> 0.05, TE = 0.8 high). Possibly a smaller sided games with short rest time can cause a greater loss of performance in the sprint of 5 m and in the test 505 without ball.
