Resumen de Manifestos do movimento de acesso aberto: uma análise de domínio

  O volume informacional em formato digital tem aumentado expressivamente nas últimas décadas, levando os pesquisadores a se preocuparem com o acesso a estes documentos. Analisa o domínio Movimento do Acesso Aberto por meio dos manifestos produzidos por tal movimento. Discorre sobre as definições sobre periódico científico, acesso aberto, as principais declarações que nortearam as políticas do movimento e o que elas representam. Duas abordagens da Análise de Domínio foram utilizadas como ferramentas metodológicas para obter os resultados da pesquisa, em conjunto com as informações sobre manifestos recuperados na base de dados da BRAPCI. O estudo identificou a escassez da produção de artigos científicos sobre o tema e identificou a necessidade de se produzir mais sobre o assunto. Apresenta como reflexão, a importância dos movimentos em criar documentos norteadores que sirvam como base para o estabelecimento de políticas que direcionem as instituições a disponibilizar acesso livre a informação de toda produção científica.

  The informational volume in digital format has increased during the last decades causing the researchers to worry about the access to these documents. This study analyzes the Open Access Movement domain through the manifests produced by this movement. It discusses about the definitions related to scientific journalism, open access, the main statements that guided the policies of the movement as well as what they represent. We used two approaches of Domain Analysis with methodological tools to obtain the research results together with information on recovered manifests in the BRAPCI [Base de Dados Referenciais de Artigos de Periódicos em Ciência da Informação, Referntial Data Base of Journal Articles in the field of Information Science] database. The study identifies the lack of production of scientific articles on the subject and identifies the need of more productions on the subject. It presents – as a reflection – the significance of the movements in relation to the elaboration of guiding documents which serve as the basis for the establishment of policies that direct institutions to provide free access to information of all scientific productions.
