  • Le Page predicts that 2016 is likely to be another record-breaker as surface temperatures are now shooting up at rates never before recorded. It was reported that atmospheric carbon dioxide levels are rising at the fastest rates ever recorded--and people should bear in mind that the records go back 800,000 years, thanks to ice cores. These are alarming figures, but they are short-term spikes linked to the ongoing El Nino.
