  En el presente trabajo he intentado reflejar la actuación que hemos desarrollado en el Servicio, en el cuidado de una niña con lesión muscular.

  Pretendo dar a conocer cómo afecta a la niña y a su familia esta nueva situación, el quehacer diario durante año y medio en nuestra unidad y que se prolongará en el domicilio.

  En nuestra unidad trabajamos con planes de cuidados individualizados así como una hoja específica para el registro diario de enfermería.

  In this paper I have tried to show our daily performance was carried out in the Department, when looking after a young girl who suffered from bone-marrow.

  I try to announce the way in which this istuation affects the young girl and her family, and also to report on the daily work that has been carried out for a year and a half in our Unit, which will have to be extended at home.

  We usually work with standard attention plans in our Unit, but in this case a prescise care plan as well as a specific form for the nursing staff to keep a daily record, were designed.
