  • The article discusses the work of the American sculptor and installation artist Virginia Overton. It is noted that her work has been featured at several exhibitions including "Deluxe," a show held at the Power Station in Dallas, Texas, and at a group show at the New York City gallery Mitchell-Innes & Nash. According to the author, Overton's wood pieces invite associations with Southern Gothic. A solo exhibition of her work is on view at The Kitchen in New York City from March 21 to May 6, 2012.
