  • The article profiles artist Charles Burchfield and provides a discussion of a traveling exhibition of his artwork organized by artist Robert Gober, entitled "Heat Waves in a Swamp: the Paintings of Charles Burchfield." Images of several of his works are presented, including "Church Bells Ringing, Rainy Winter Night," "The Coming of Spring," and "Fascination of evil."
