  • The article presents the author's views on the activities that are related to the Fourth Plinth, a site in London, England where temporary public art is displayed during the Frieze Art Fair. She refers to "One & Other," a project by Antony Gormley that was commissioned by the city's mayor and is associated with Sky Arts pay-per-view network. The author also refers to the Mass Observation social surveys that were conducted in the 1930s.
