  • The article discusses the establishment of an art collection for the private school Avenues: The World School located in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City. The author reflects on the efforts of art collector Douglas Oliver in developing the collection and educational options for affluent children. Other topics include teaching students about globalization, foreign language instruction, and the warehouse space for the school building.
