The article reports on plans by German artist Carsten Höller to open a temporary Congo-themed restaurant and nightclub in London, England. Titled "The Double Club," the project features Congolese and European food and dance music, and both Western and Congolese art appears on the walls. The six-month installation is to end in April 2009.
