  • The article examines the life and work of the contemporary American artist Suzanne McClelland. Particular focus is given to her use of numbers as a motif in her paintings, photographs and videos. Additional topics discussed include her series of 2013 paintings "Ideal Proportions," which was exhibited at the Team Gallery in New York City, and how she will be participating in the Whitney Biennial exhibition at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City, through May 25, 2014.
