In this article, the artist looks at later sculptures and paintings by the artist Frank Stella. Particular focus is given to how many reviewers are hostile towards Stella's work from 1980 onward. Additional topics discussed include his work in abstraction, how Stella's smoking habit influenced his work and his use of digital technology in his later artworks.
