    The aim of this article is to understand which is the role of time in the constitution of the act of phantasy in the framework of the phenomenological investigation of Edmund Husserl. This analysis will show us that, according to the German philosopher, temporality is essential for the establishment of imaginary objects, for it grounds the ultimate distinction between imagination and perception. But the importance of time lies not only in its foundational function, but, as we shall discover, this act also produces in itself a very specific type of temporality

    Le but de cet article est de comprendre quel est le rôle du temps dans la constitution de l’acte de phantasia dans le cadre des investigations phénoménologiques d’Edmund Husserl. Cette analyse nous montrera que d’après le philosophe allemand la temporalité est essentielle pour l’établissement des objets imaginaires, puisqu’elle fonde la distinction ultime entre l’imagination et la perception. Mais l’importance du temps ne se trouve pas seulement dans sa fonction fondatrice, mais comme nous allons découvrir, cet acte produit aussi en soi un type très spécifique de temporalité.
