La prevención del acoso escolar en colegios e institutos a través del agente tutor de la policía local

    Queremos presentar en este artículo la situación actual del acoso escolar y de la intervención policial en los centros escolares. Salvo propia iniciativa de los centros y la Policía, las autoridades no tienen establecido en sus protocolos una intervención oficial de los Agentes para prevenir y/o intervenir contra el acoso.La figura de la Policía Local es primordial en la lucha contra esta lacra social, junto con todos los Agentes intervinientes, familia, centro escolar, servicios derivados, etc., es una Autoridad cercana a los vecinos que conoce al menor, a su entorno y con una formación y cualidades específicas, puede desempeñar una gran labor en los centros escolares. La conclusión a la que llegamos es que el gobierno de todas las administraciones debe fomentar la intervención de la Policía Local a través del Agente Tutor, y que directamente y de forma conjunta con la familia y centro escolar, conseguir que el entorno, empezando por el menor, menores, docentes y el propio Centro, no silencien el acoso y cuenten con todos los recursos existentes para solucionar "a tiempo" este grave problema.

    We want to present in this article the current situation of bullying and police intervention in schools. Except for the initiative of the centers and the Police, the authorities do not have an official intervention of the Agents in their protocols to prevent and intervene against bullying.The figure of the Metropolitan Police is paramount in the fight against this social scourge, along with all the intervening agents: family, school, social services and others, is an authority close to the population that knows the child, its surroundings and with specific training and personal qualities, he can do a great job in the schools.The conclusion is that the govermement should encourage the intervention of the local Police through the Tutor Agent, and directly, and jointly with the family and school, to get the environment, starting with the minor, teachers and the school, do not mute the harassment and have all the resources available to solve "on time" this serious problem.
