    El presente artículo es el resultado del análisis, derivado de una juiciosa revisión documental por parte del autor, para establecer una relación entre la identificación de los parámetros de la formación del ser y los comportamientos derivados de esta formación, aplicados a la vida cotidiana y la fuerte incidencia del docente en la modelación de estas actuaciones. En pocas palabras, se trata de entender cuál es la influencia que tiene el docente desde su quehacer en la formación integral de los estudiantes y cómo este tipo de formación repercute en sus comportamientos y la toma de decisiones en su cotidianidad. Se analizan tanto los estilos de enseñanza modernos, así como las nuevas realidades del aprendizaje y la importancia de la comunicación abierta y dinámica que existe hoy en día en los procesos formativos en cuales los docentes nos encontramos inmersos.
